Damages and Issues

All personalised/custom products (as these are made to your specification).
Gift cards.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for these items unless they arrive damaged, faulty, or incorrect.
Refunds
If your return/refund request is approved (e.g. item was faulty, damaged, or incorrect), we will notify you and process the refund to your original payment method.
