Can I cancel or return my order?

Because each item is individually customised, we cannot accept returns or cancellations once production has started. That’s why we always send you a proof to approve first, with unlimited revisions up front. However, if your item arrives damaged or with a mistake that’s our fault, just let us know right away – we’ll gladly repair it or send a replacement free of charge. Our goal is your 100% satisfaction.

What type of embroidery do you offer?

We use high-quality machine embroidery — not printed or vinyl designs. That means your design is stitched directly onto the fabric, making it long-lasting, textured, and far more special than regular prints. Whether it's Roman numerals, names, or portraits, we bring it to life with thread.

What is the turnaround time for my order?

Once you place your order, we aim to move quickly. We’ll typically email you a design proof within 1–3 business days, then embroider your item in about 1–3 more days. After production, we will ship your order within 3-4 days.

How do I care for my embroidered clothing?

Caring for embroidered garments is easy. Always wash the item inside out on a gentle cycle with mild detergent. Cold or lukewarm water is best (hot water can cause colours to fade). Avoid tumble drying if you can – let the item air-dry instead to preserve the embroidery. If you need to iron, do so on the reverse side or use a cloth over the embroidered area to protect the stitches. Following these tips will keep your custom embroidery looking sharp wash after wash.

What if I made a mistake in my order details?

If you’ve entered the wrong name, date, or image — don’t panic! Just email us as soon as possible. If we haven’t started production yet, we’ll correct it right away. Once stitching has begun, changes may not be possible, so it's best to double-check everything before confirming

Do you offer bulk orders for events or teams?

Yes — we accept bulk and group orders for events, businesses, hen parties, birthdays, or team gifts. Drop us a message with your idea and quantity, and we’ll get back to you with a special quote and delivery timeline.

Can I order matching sets for couples or families?

Absolutely. Matching couple and family sets are some of our most loved items! You can customise each hoodie separately (e.g. one with "Mum" and one with a child's name) or order a set with names, dates, or illustrations that tie together.

How do I place an order and get my custom design?

Ordering is easy. Just select the hoodie, sweatshirt, t-shirt or gift item you want and tell us how you’d like it personalised (for example, the text or logo). We’ll then send you a digital preview by email (usually within a couple of days). You can request changes or tweaks until you’re completely happy – we offer unlimited revisions on the design proof. Once you approve, we carefully embroider the design and ship your order out to you (we’ll send tracking details when it’s on the way).

 

What shipping options and delivery times do you offer?

For UK orders we offer standard and express delivery. Standard UK shipping (via Royal Mail or courier) usually takes about 3–5 working days once your order is dispatched.

Can I see or change the design before it’s embroidered?

Yes – absolutely. You will receive a digital mockup via email shortly after ordering (often within a few days). If you’d like any edits, just let us know – we offer unlimited revisions on the design and will only proceed once you’ve given your approval. This way, you can be sure your item will look exactly as you want before we do the embroidery.

Can I upload my own artwork or pet photo for embroidery?

Yes, you can! If you have a specific design, logo, or even a photo of your pet that you want turned into embroidery, just upload it while placing your order or email it to us. We'll create a clean, simplified version suitable for stitching and share a preview for your approval before we start.

Can I choose multiple thread colours or have a multicolour design?

Yes! Our embroidery machines can handle multiple thread colours in a single design. We often stitch multicolour logos, names or artwork on our hoodies and t-shirts. When ordering, simply specify the thread colours you have in mind. Our team will match them to create the look you want.
