3. Acceptance of Order & Contract Formation

  • When you place an Order and make payment, you will receive an Order Confirmation email. This is not acceptance of your Order. Contract is formed when we send you a Dispatch Confirmation (when we ship the Goods).

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any Order for reasons including but not limited to: Product unavailable, payment or fraud issues, incorrect information, or pricing error.

4. Products, Availability & Changes

  • Products are subject to availability. We do not guarantee stock.

  • We may change the design, specification, or description of Goods without notice, especially for Personalised Goods where minor alterations are required to fulfill production.

  • Images shown are for illustration. Colours, dimensions, finishes may vary due to materials, printing, screen resolution etc.

5. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are in GBP (£), inclusive of VAT where applicable.

  • Shipping costs are added at checkout: Free for UK; international shipping costs vary.

  • Payment must be made in full at time of Order. We accept payment methods advertised at checkout.

  • If any error in pricing is obvious and could be reasonably recognized as such, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any Order placed at the incorrect price.

6. Customised / Personalised Goods — Your Responsibilities

  • Since Products are customised, you must provide clear, accurate, specific instructions at the time of ordering (spelling, design, size etc.).

  • We are not liable for errors arising from unclear or incorrect instructions you provide.

  • Once an Order is placed and payment accepted, changes may not be possible.

7. Delivery & Risk

  • UK delivery is free; international orders are charged at checkout.

  • Estimated delivery times will be provided but are not guaranteed. Delays caused by couriers, customs, or events beyond our control are outside our liability.

  • Risk of damage or loss passes to you when the Goods are delivered to the address you provided.

8. Returns, Refunds, Exchanges & Faulty Goods

  • No returns, exchanges or cancellations for Personalised Goods once Order is placed.

  • Subject to UK consumer law, you are entitled to a remedy if Goods are faulty, damaged or not as described.

  • You must contact us within 30 days of delivery if the product is faulty or not as described. We will provide repair, replacement, or refund at our option.

9. Promotions, Discount Codes & Gift Vouchers

  • Any promotions or discount codes will have terms (expiry, minimum spend etc.) which will be published.

  • Cannot be used with other promotions unless specifically stated.

  • We reserve the right to withdraw or change any promotion at any time without notice.

10. Third-Party Tools, Links & Services
